Rum balls with no added sugar

250g Black Cream Schwan with no added sugar
200g Black Cream Milk Table with no added sugar (For coating)
250g Margarine
250g Ground biscuits with no added sugar (Plazma Diet)
3g-20g Rum extract (by taste)
10g Cocoa Powder
20g Sunflower Oil

  1. Melt margarine.
  2. Unite cream, margarine, biscuits, cocoa powder and rum extract and form balls by hand.
  3. Melt chocolate on steam and add sunflower oil.
  4. Dip formed balls, one by one, into the chocolate and decorate.
  5. Leave balls 40 min. in refrigerator to harden.
